Our technical support team works proactively on-site with customers to ensure that our yarns perform to expectations once they’ve entered the next stage of the manufacturing process.
Team members are knowledgeable in every step of our development and manufacturing processes, and can provide technical and efficient advice once the yarns are ready for weaving or knitting into fabrics to be used in primary automotive interior trim, such as fabrics for seats, door panels, pillars, parcel shelves and headliners.
A member of the team will visit customers on-site to answer any outstanding questions they may have.
